This health score assessment is intended for adults. This assessment requires the user to enter the actual date of birth.
The heart risk score is based on the Framingham heart study. Scores do not apply to people with a history of heart disease or with intermittent claudication or diabetes. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for people under the age of 30 or over 74. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for the population in Indonesia. Peer risk was calculated using the same age and sex as the user, and assuming normal values for systolic blood pressure (120mmHg), total cholesterol level (200 mg/dL), and HDL cholesterol level (40 mg/dL for men, 50 mg/dL for men, 50 mg/dL). mg/dL for women), never smoked and did not take blood pressure medications. Above-average risk is assumed to be about 1.2 times higher than peer risk. Below-average risk is assumed to be about 0.8 times lower than peer risk.
If the user has performed the PULS Cardiac Marker panel at PRDI, the cardiac risk score will be the result of the PULS Cardiac Marker Panel, i.e., the 5-year risk of developing acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
Diabetes risk score is based on FINDRISC. Scores do not apply to people with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for the population in Indonesia. If the user has low risk, it will be shown to the user “below average risk”. If the user has a slightly high risk, it will be shown to the user “average risk”. If the user has medium, high, or very high risk, it will be shown as “above average risk”.
The hypertension score is based on the Framingham heart study. The score does not apply to people with a history of hypertension or any type of diabetes. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for people under the age of 20 or over 70. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for the population in Indonesia. Peer risk was calculated using the same age and sex as the user, and assuming normal values of systolic blood pressure (120 mmHg), diastolic blood pressure (80mmHg), BMI (22.5), never smoked and no hypertension in the adults. old. Above-average risk is assumed to be about 1.2 times higher than that of peers. Below-average risk is assumed to be about 0.8 times lower than that of peers.
The liver disease score is based on the Framingham heart study. The score does not apply to people with a history of liver disease or people weighing at or above 160kg. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for women aged at or under 40 or for men aged at or under 35. Liver disease risk predicts only a 6-year risk of developing fatty liver disease and does not predict other non-fat liver diseases. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for the population in Indonesia. Peer risk was calculated using the same age and sex as the user, and assumed normal values for Triglycerides (150mg/dL) and BMI (22.5), not consuming alcohol. Above-average risk is assumed to be about 1.2 times higher than that of peers. Below-average risk is assumed to be about 0.8 times lower than that of peers.
The Kidney Score checks your risk for Chronic Kidney Disease based on your Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and urine creatinine albumin ratio (uACR). The risk itself represents the risk of development, morbidity, and mortality. The eGFR itself is not sufficient to estimate your kidney function because it declines with age and you may not experience any symptoms even if your GFR is lower than normal. uACR is required to measure overall kidney function. The estimated risk may be too high or too low for the population in Indonesia.
The stress score is based on the PSS-10 to measure perceived psychological stress.
The diet score is calculated based on the total calories consumed, balanced nutrition obtained from carbohydrates, protein, and fat, and whether the user is getting enough fiber. A perfect diet score indicates the user has good knowledge of what he should eat, and the total calories consumed are lower than the total calorie goal based on ideal body weight but not lower than 500kCal, and 45-65% of total calories from carbohydrates,10 -35% from protein, 20-35% from fat, and consumes 30 grams of fiber per day.
Physical activity scores are based on WHO recommendations for adults, excluding pregnant or postpartum women. For pregnant women who are pregnant or postpartum, please consult your doctor about exercise. A perfect physical activity score indicates that the user has done about 300 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or more vigorous aerobic activity of about 2 times the strength of training activities in one week.
Sleep scores are based on the PSQI (The Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index). The perfect sleep score is 0 PSQI. A good sleep score is 1 or 2 PSQI. The average sleep score is 3, 4 or 5 PSQI. If the user has a PSQI above and equal to 6, the user will be shown a poor sleep score.
